At Kingfisher Appliances, we aim to make the delivery and pickup of your appliances as smooth and efficient as possible. This policy explains how our shipping, delivery, and pickup services work, including timeframes, fees, and conditions.

We offer local delivery within Yarrawonga and surrounding regions, including but not limited to:

Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be quoted at checkout or at time of booking. Delivery typically includes ground-level drop-off unless otherwise arranged.
📦 Installation & Setup
Installation is available for some appliances (e.g., washing machines, fridges, dishwashers) and may incur an additional fee. Please advise us in advance if stairs, tight access, or removal of old appliances is required.
🏠 In-Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to pick up appliances from our local premises. Pickup is available by appointment once payment is complete.
We can assist with loading into your vehicle, but we take no responsibility for securing the appliance during transport. Please bring suitable transport and padding/straps.

Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times
If you have special timing needs (e.g., moving house), please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
🚫 Missed Deliveries / Access Issues
If we arrive for delivery and no one is available to receive the goods, or if access is not possible, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Please ensure:

Any pets are secured

Measurements are checked in advance for tight spaces or doorways
📦 Damaged Items & Transit Issues
All items are checked before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Keep all original packaging for assessment
We will assist in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
📬 Shipping Outside Our Delivery Zone
At this time, we do not offer national freight or interstate shipping for appliances. However, feel free to contact us if you wish to organise your own freight — we may be able to assist with packing or palletisation.
