We sell both new and refurbished appliances. Refurbished products may show signs of cosmetic wear or prior use but are fully tested and sold in good working condition with applicable warranties.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, colours or product appearance may vary due to the device or screen settings you use. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any products or services will meet your expectations.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kingfisher Appliances reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Kingfisher Appliances confirms acceptance and receives payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Kingfisher Appliances may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Trade-Ins
We may, at our discretion, accept used appliances as trade-ins toward the purchase of other products. All trade-in offers are conditional upon inspection and must be agreed upon in writing. Trade-in values are non-refundable once applied to a sale.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs, or applicable taxes.

Once goods are handed to the carrier (or collected), risk of loss and title pass to you.
